BSTC 2026 Counselling Step by Step Guide (Choice Filling & Cutoff)

BSTC Counselling क्या है?

 हर साल BSTC Result आने के बाद Students का एक ही सवाल होता है — "Counselling कैसे होगी? Form कब भरें? College कैसे मिलेगा? मैं पिछले कई सालों से BSTC Counselling को Track कर रहा हूँ और हर साल हजारों Students को यह Process Confuse करती है। इस पोस्ट में मैंने वो सब कुछ लिखा है जो मैंने इन सालों में सीखा है  वही तुम बता रहा हु तो इस पोस्ट को ध्यान से पढों। 

BSTC जिसे अब आधिकारिक रूप से Pre D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) कहते हैं, Rajasthan में Primary Teacher बनने का पहला Step है। BSTC Entrance Exam Clear करने के बाद Counselling Process होती है जिसमें आपको अपनी पसंद के Colleges की List Online भरनी होती है और आपकी Rank के हिसाब से एक College Allot होता है।

BSTC Counselling क्या होती है — Simple भाषा में

देखो, BSTC Exam तो तुमने दे दिया। अब असली Game शुरू होता है — Counselling।

BSTC जिसे अब Official रूप से Pre D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) कहते हैं, यह Rajasthan में Primary Teacher बनने का पहला Step है। Exam के बाद एक Online Process होती है जिसमें तुम अपनी पसंद के Colleges की List भरते हो और System तुम्हारी Rank के हिसाब से College Allot करता है।

पूरी Counselling एक Centralized Online Portal पर होती है। मतलब सभी Government और Private Colleges के लिए एक ही जगह से Apply होता है। System खुद देखता है — तुम्हारी Rank क्या है, Category क्या है, कौन से Colleges भरे हैं — और फिर Best Match Allot करता है।

मेरा Personal Experience यह कहता है कि जो Students यह Process पहले से समझ लेते हैं, वो हमेशा बेहतर College पाते हैं। जो Last Minute में करते हैं, वो गलतियाँ करते हैं।

BSTC Counselling Process — Step by Step

यह 6 Steps में होती है। एक भी Step Miss हुई तो Seat Cancel हो सकती है।

Step 1 — Official Website पर Registration करो

BSTC की Official Counselling Website पर जाओ। अपने Roll Number और Date of Birth से Login करो। पहली बार आओगे तो New Registration करना होगा। Mobile Number और Email Verify करना जरूरी है क्योंकि सभी Notifications यहीं आएंगी।

एक Important बात — जो Mobile Number दो वो Active रखो पूरी Counselling के दौरान। बहुत से Students Number Change कर लेते हैं और OTP नहीं आता।

Step 2 — Counselling Fee Pay करो

Registration के बाद Online Fee Pay करनी होती है। यह लगभग 3,000 से 3,500 रुपये होती है। Net Banking, UPI, Debit Card — किसी से भी Pay कर सकते हो।

Payment Receipt Screenshot लेकर रखो। Refund Issue हो तो यही काम आएगी। और हमेशा अपने नाम का Bank Account Use करो।

Step 3 — Choice Filling

यह पूरी Counselling का सबसे जरूरी Step है। यहाँ गलती हुई तो अच्छे Marks भी बेकार हो जाते हैं।

Portal पर जाकर तुम Colleges की Priority List बनाते हो। System पहले Number 1 पर रखा College Check करता है — अगर वहाँ Rank आती है तो Allot करता है, नहीं तो Number 2 देखता है, और ऐसे ही आगे जाता है।

इसीलिए जितने ज्यादा Colleges भरोगे उतना Chance बढ़ेगा। मेरी बात मानो — कम से कम 25 Colleges भरो।

Step 4 — First Round Allotment

Choice Filling बंद होने के बाद System सब Process करता है और BSTC First Allotment Result Declare होता है। अपनी Allotted College Check करो।

अगर College Accept करनी है तो Deadline के अंदर Response देना जरूरी है। Deadline Miss हुई तो Seat Cancel — बिना किसी Warning के।

Step 5 — Document Verification

Seat Allotment के बाद Documents Verify होते हैं। Original और Photocopy दोनों तैयार रखो। 10th, 12th Marksheet, Category Certificate, Mool Niwas, Aadhar — सब चाहिए।

Expired Certificate पर Admission Cancel होता है — यह मैंने खुद बहुत Cases में देखा है।

Step 6 — College Reporting

यह Last Step है। Allotted College में जाकर Physical रूप से Report करना होता है। Fee Submit करो, Register में Sign करो। Proxy नहीं चलेगा।

BSTC Counselling Form कैसे भरें — जो गलतियाँ सबसे ज्यादा होती हैं

Form में जो Fields होती हैं उनमें Category और Home District सबसे ज्यादा गलत भरे जाते हैं।

College Choices	Priority Order में	यही सबसे Important है

Category गलत भरना सबसे बड़ी और सबसे नुकसानदेह गलती है। जिनके पास OBC Certificate है वो General Select कर लेते हैं — मतलब Reserved Seat का फायदा खो दिया।

Form Submit होने के बाद Personal Details Edit नहीं होतीं। इसलिए Submit से पहले हर एक Field दो बार Check करो।

BSTC में कितने Marks पर Selection होता है

यह सबसे ज्यादा Search किया जाने वाला सवाल है। और मैं सीधे बता दूँ — इसका कोई एक Fixed जवाब नहीं है।

Selection इस बात पर Depend करता है — तुम्हारी Category क्या है, कौन सा District है, उस साल कितने Students थे।

यह Numbers Approximate हैं। BSTC Cutoff College-wise बहुत अलग होती है। Jaipur और Jodhpur के Top DIET Colleges की Cutoff Remote Districts के Colleges से 20-30 Marks ज्यादा होती है।

मेरा Personal Opinion है — सिर्फ Safe Score देखकर खुश मत हो जाओ। उस Specific College की Previous Year Cutoff देखो जिसे तुम Target कर रहे हो।

मैंने 360 Marks वाले Students को Government DIET में और 400 Marks वाले Students को Private College में जाते देखा है। फर्क था सिर्फ Strategy का।

BSTC Fees — Government vs Private College

BSTC 2 साल का Course है। Fees में Government और Private में जमीन-आसमान का फर्क होता है।

Government College में 2 साल की Total Fees 10,000 से 30,000 रुपये के बीच होती है। Private में यही 60,000 से 1,20,000+ हो जाती है।

SC, ST, OBC और EWS Students को Samaj Kalyan Scholarship भी मिलती है जो Government College की Fees लगभग पूरी Cover कर देती है।

एक जरूरी बात — Private College Select करने से पहले उसकी NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) Affiliation जरूर Check करो। बिना Valid NCTE के College का Certificate REET और Teaching Jobs में मान्य नहीं होगा। यह गलती बाद में पछताने पर मजबूर करती है और तब कुछ नहीं हो सकता।

BSTC Choice Filling Strategy — यही Game Changer है

यह Section पूरे Article का सबसे Important हिस्सा है। Choice Filling में की गई एक गलती पूरी Counselling बर्बाद कर देती है।

4 Level Formula — इसे Follow करो

Level 1 — Dream Colleges (5 Colleges)

जो Colleges सबसे ज्यादा चाहते हो — Top DIET Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur। यह Aspirational Choices हैं। System इन्हें पहले Check करता है।

Level 2 — Expected Colleges (10 Colleges)

Home District और Nearby Districts के Government Colleges जहाँ तुम्हारे Marks से Realistic Chance है। पिछले साल की Cutoff के आधार पर चुनो।

Level 3 — Safe Colleges (10 Colleges)

Low-Cutoff Districts के Government Colleges। Remote Areas — Border Districts, Tribal Regions — जहाँ Competition कम होती है। यह तुम्हारी Safety Net है।

Level 4 — Backup Colleges (5 Colleges)

NCTE-Affiliated अच्छे Private Colleges। Last Resort। हमेशा Government Colleges के बाद रखो — कभी पहले नहीं।

70-30 Rule

30 Colleges की List में 21 Government और 9 Private। यही Ratio Government College का Maximum Chance देता है और Backup भी रखता है।

All Rajasthan Option — Mandatory है

इसे हमेशा Enable करो। बहुत से Students Home District तक Limit रह जाते हैं। All Rajasthan Enable करने से पूरे Rajasthan के Government Colleges में Apply होता है। Low-Cutoff Remote Districts के Colleges का फायदा यहीं से मिलता है।

Home District को Priority दो

Home District के Government Colleges में District Quota की वजह से Competition State Level से कम होती है। यह एक Free Advantage है जो ज्यादातर Students Use नहीं करते।

Low Cutoff Districts 2026 — यहाँ Chance ज्यादा है

Rajasthan के कुछ Districts में BSTC के लिए Competition बहुत कम होती है। इन Districts में Cutoff शहरी Colleges से 15-30 Marks कम होती है।

Border Districts — Jaisalmer, Barmer, Sri Ganganagar

यहाँ से बहुत कम Students Apply करते हैं। Cutoff कम होती है। मैंने देखा है कि 360-365 Marks वाले General Students को यहाँ 3rd Round में Government DIET मिली है।

Tribal Region — Dungarpur, Banswara, Pratapgarh

ST Quota की Seats यहाँ ज्यादा होती हैं। ST Category हो तो यहाँ Priority दो। General के लिए भी Competition Moderate है।

Medium Districts — Churu, Hanumangarh, Jhunjhunu

Jaipur-Jodhpur जितनी Rush नहीं होती। Good Government Colleges हैं और Cutoff भी Manageable है।

Remote District को नुकसान मत समझो। Government DIET Jaisalmer की Degree उतनी ही Valid है जितनी Government DIET Jaipur की। 2 साल की थोड़ी दूरी के बाद पूरी Life का Career Secure होता है।

2nd Round Counselling — Chance अभी भी है

BSTC Second Round Counselling में First Round की Vacant Seats Fill होती हैं। और एक अच्छी बात — 2nd Round में Cutoff पहले से कम होती है, ज्यादा नहीं।

Upgradation भी एक जरूरी Option है। मान लो 1st Round में Hanumangarh DIET मिली लेकिन तुम Jaipur DIET चाहते हो। तो Hanumangarh में Fee देकर Join करो और Upgradation Option Enable करो। अगर 2nd Round में Jaipur में Seat आई तो System Automatically Upgrade करेगा।

Join नहीं किया तो Upgradation का Option ही नहीं मिलता।

Documents Checklist — Reporting के लिए Ready रखो

Allotment मिलते ही Reporting Window बहुत Short होती है — कभी-कभी सिर्फ 2-3 दिन। इसलिए यह सब पहले से तैयार रखो।

Academic Documents

• 10वीं की Marksheet और Passing Certificate — Original और 4 Copies
• 12वीं की Marksheet और Passing Certificate — Original और 4 Copies
• BSTC Admit Card
• BSTC Score Card का Print
• College Allotment Letter — Portal से Print करो

Identity और Domicile

• Aadhar Card — Original और Copies
• Mool Niwas / Domicile Certificate
• 8 से 10 Passport Size Photos
• Bank Passbook — अपने नाम का

Category Certificate — अगर Applicable हो

• OBC / SC / ST / EWS Certificate — Valid होनी चाहिए
• EWS और OBC का Certificate 1 साल से ज्यादा पुराना नहीं होना चाहिए

OBC Non-Creamy Layer और EWS Certificate की Validity 1 साल होती है। Expired Certificate Submit करने पर General Category में डाल दिया जाता है। Counselling से कम से कम 2 हफ्ते पहले Validity Check करो — Expire हो गया हो तो तुरंत नया बनवाओ।

Common Mistakes जो College Miss करवाती हैं

सिर्फ Top Colleges भरना

Top DIET की Cutoff 430+ होती है। अगर Marks 390 हैं तो Mid-Level Government Colleges भी Miss हो जाएंगी। Previous Year Cutoff देखकर Realistic Choices भरो।

Private Colleges पहले रखना

Location Convenience के लिए Private को Government से पहले रख देना सबसे बड़ी गलती है। System पहले वाला College पहले Check करता है।

कम Colleges भरना

5-6 Colleges में Rank नहीं आई तो कुछ नहीं मिलेगा। हमेशा 25 से 30 Colleges भरो।

Allotment Deadline Miss करना

Response Deadline Miss होने पर Seat Automatically Cancel होती है। Email और SMS रोज Check करो।

Upgradation Option Off रखना

1st Round में Seat Accept करते वक्त Upgradation On नहीं किया तो Better College का Chance हमेशा के लिए बंद।

Marks के हिसाब से Strategy — तुम्हारा Situation क्या है

390 से ऊपर Marks हैं

Position मजबूत है। बस Choice Filling सही करो। Low-Cutoff Districts Add करो, All Rajasthan Enable करो। 2nd Round में Government College मिलेगा।

370 से 390 के बीच

2nd Round में Borderline हो। Remote Districts को Top Priority दो। Government के साथ कुछ Private Backup भी रखो।

350 से 370 के बीच

3rd Round तक Wait करो। Tribal और Border Districts Target करो। Category Certificate Valid है तो Quota का पूरा फायदा उठाओ।

350 से कम

SC-ST Category में Tribal Districts में Chance है। General-OBC में Government College मुश्किल है। NCTE-Affiliated Private College सबसे Practical Option है। साथ में अगले साल Better Preparation की Planning भी करो।

Conclusion

BSTC Counselling कोई Complicated Process नहीं है — बस इसे Time पर, ध्यान से करना होता है।

मेरी बात मानो तो एक काम अभी करो — अपने Marks के हिसाब से Realistic Colleges की List बनाओ, Low-Cutoff Districts Add करो, All Rajasthan Enable करो, 25 से ज्यादा Colleges भरो और Documents अभी से Ready रखो।

Smart Strategy हमेशा Marks से बड़ी होती है। 350 Marks और सही Strategy वाले Students को मैंने Government DIET में देखा है। 400 Marks और गलत Strategy वाले Private में गए। यह मेरा सालों का Observation है।

Choice Filling Window आने से पहले तैयार रहो। Last Minute में गलतियाँ होती हैं।

BSTC Counselling Form कैसे भरें?
