BSTC 1st Round में College नहीं मिला तो क्या करें 2026 Complete Guide + 2nd/3rd Round Strategy

यह पोस्ट मैंने 2019 से BSTC Counselling देख रहे हूँ उस Experience के basis पर लिखा है। हर साल ऐसे Students होते हैं जिनका 1st Round Miss होता है और उनमें से 70% को 2nd या 3rd Round में Government College मिल जाता है। यह मेरा Personal Observation है।

BSTC 1st Round में College नहीं मिला? — घबराओ मत, यह पढ़ो पहले

1st Round में नहीं मिलना बहुत Normal है देखो यार, सीधी बात करते हैं।

हर साल BSTC में 5-6 लाख Students बैठते हैं। Seats होती हैं करीब 40,000-50,000। तो 1st Round में सबको कैसे मिलेगा? मिलेगा ही नहीं।

मेरे एक Student थे Ramesh — Churu से। 365 Marks। 1st Round में कुछ नहीं मिला। 2nd Round में भी नहीं। लेकिन 3rd Round में Barmer DIET में Seat मिल गई। आज वो REET की तैयारी कर रहा है।

दूसरी तरफ Priya थी — Jaipur से। 410 Marks। लेकिन उसने सिर्फ Jaipur के Top 5 Colleges भरे। Cutoff 425+ थी। 1st Round Miss हो गया।

Lesson? Marks कम होने से नहीं, गलत Strategy से College Miss होता है।

BSTC 1st Round में College क्यों नहीं मिला? — असली Reason जानो

मैंने जितने Cases देखे हैं, 90% में एक ही Problem होती है — Choice Filling गलत होती है।

सिर्फ 3-4 Top Colleges भरना

बहुत से Students सोचते हैं "Jaipur DIET ही लूँगा, बाकी कोई मतलब नहीं।" भाई, Jaipur DIET में 430+ वाले आते हैं। अगर तुम्हारे 390 हैं तो Jaisalmer DIET भी तो उतनी ही Government College है।

High Competition Districts में Stuck रहना

Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota — इन Districts में लाखों Students Apply करते हैं। वहाँ 420 वाले भी बाहर हो जाते हैं। गाँव का Simple सा College भर देते तो Round 1 में ही काम हो जाता।

All Rajasthan Option Enable नहीं करना

यह सबसे बड़ी Mistake है। इसके बारे में नीचे Detail में बताऊँगा।

Category-wise Cutoff देखो अपना Position कहाँ है

Note: यह पिछले सालों के Pattern पर है। Exact Cutoff Official Site से Check करो।

अभी तुरंत क्या करना है — Step-by-Step

घबराने की बजाय यह करो अभी:

Step 1 — पुरानी Choice List खोलो

Portal पर Login करके देखो — कितने Colleges भरे थे? 5 थे या 25? Government थे या Private? All Rajasthan Option था? यह Analysis करो।

मेरा Personal Opinion है कि कम से कम 20-25 Colleges भरने चाहिए। जो लोग 4-5 भरते हैं, वो खुद ही अपना Chance खो देते हैं।

Step 2 — 2nd Round की Choice List Update करो

2nd Round में एक नया Chance मिलता है Choice Fill करने का। इस बार गलती मत करो।

मेरी Personal Recommendation:

• पहले अपने Home District के सभी Government Colleges भरो
• फिर Nearby Districts के Government Colleges
• फिर Remote/Low-Cutoff Districts
• Last में Private Colleges Backup के रूप में

Step 3 — All Rajasthan Option Enable करो — यह Mandatory है

देखो, बहुत से Students घर के पास College चाहते हैं — यह सही है। लेकिन All Rajasthan Enable करने से तुम्हारा Chance 3x बढ़ जाता है। 2 साल की थोड़ी दूरी के बाद पूरी Life का Government Job मिलता है — यह Worth It है।

Step 4 — Documents अभी से Ready करो

यह बहुत लोग Ignore करते हैं। Allotment मिलने के बाद Reporting Window बहुत Short होती है — कभी-कभी सिर्फ 2-3 दिन। अगर Certificate Expired निकला तो Seat Cancel।

Low Cutoff Districts 2026 — यहाँ है असली Chance

यह वो Secret है जो ज्यादातर Students को पता नहीं होता।

Rajasthan के कुछ Districts में Competition इतनी कम है कि वहाँ 350-370 Marks पर भी Government DIET मिल जाती है।

Border Districts — सबसे कम Competition

Jaisalmer और Barmer — यहाँ से बहुत कम Students Apply करते हैं। Cutoff शहरी Colleges से 20-30 Marks कम होती है। मैंने खुद देखा है कि 360 Marks वाले General Students को यहाँ 3rd Round में Seat मिली है।

Sri Ganganagar और Hanumangarh — यहाँ भी Competition Moderate है। Jaipur जितनी Cutoff नहीं होती।

Tribal Regions — ST Quota + Low Cutoff

Dungarpur, Banswara, Pratapgarh — यहाँ ST Quota की Seats ज्यादा होती हैं। अगर ST Category हो तो यहाँ Priority दो। General के लिए भी Competition कम है।

Medium Size Districts

Churu, Jhunjhunu, Sikar — Jaipur/Jodhpur जितनी Rush नहीं होती यहाँ। Good Government Colleges हैं और Cutoff भी Manageable है।

मेरी Personal राय: Remote District को "नुकसान" मत समझो। Government DIET Jaisalmer की Degree उतनी ही Valid है जितनी Government DIET Jaipur की। REET में दोनों के Students एक साथ Apply करते हैं।

2nd और 3rd Round में Cutoff कम होती है — यह Fact है

बहुत लोगों को लगता है 2nd Round में और Competition बढ़ेगी। बिल्कुल उल्टा होता है।

क्यों? क्योंकि जो Students 1st Round में Select हुए उनमें से कुछ Report नहीं करते, कुछ Private College Join कर लेते हैं उनकी Seats Vacant होती हैं। इन Seats पर 2nd Round होता है।

Marks के हिसाब से तुम्हारी Strategy — Clear Action Plan

390+ Marks हैं

भाई, तुम्हारी Position मजबूत है। बस Choice Filling गलत थी। 2nd Round में Low-Cutoff Districts Add करो, All Rajasthan Enable करो — Government College मिलेगा।

370–390 Marks हैं

2nd Round में Borderline हो। Remote Districts को Top Priority दो। Mixed Strategy रखो — Government + कुछ Private Backup भी। 2nd Round Miss हुआ तो 3rd में Chance है।

350–370 Marks हैं

3rd Round तक Wait करो। Tribal और Border Districts Target करो। Category Certificate Valid है तो Quota का पूरा फायदा उठाओ। Private College Backup Plan B बनाओ।

350 से कम हैं

सीधी बात — Government BSTC College Difficult है लेकिन Impossible नहीं। ST Category हो तो Tribal Districts में Chance है। Otherwise, NCTE-Affiliated Private College से BSTC करो — REET का रास्ता वहाँ से भी उतना ही Open है। साथ में अगले साल Better Marks के साथ फिर Try करने की Planning भी करो।

Upgradation (Upward Movement) यह Trick बहुत कम लोग Use करते हैं

मान लो 1st Round में तुम्हें Hanumangarh DIET मिली लेकिन तुम Jaipur DIET चाहते हो।

गलत Move: Hanumangarh में Join मत करो, 2nd Round में Jaipur देखते हैं।

सही Move: Hanumangarh में Fee दो, Join करो, Upgradation Option Enable करो। अगर 2nd Round में Jaipur DIET में Seat आई तो System Automatically Upgrade करेगा।

यह Risk-Free है। Current Seat Safe रहती है और Better College का Chance भी रहता है।

Warning: Join नहीं किया तो Upgradation का Option ही नहीं मिलता। और अगर 2nd Round में Better नहीं मिला तो 1st Round की Seat भी गई।

Common Mistakes — जो 2nd Round में भी मत करना

1. फिर से सिर्फ Top Cities भरना 1st Round में नहीं मिला मतलब वहाँ तुम्हारे Marks Fit नहीं हुए। Same गलती 2nd Round में क्यों?

2. All Rajasthan Ignore करना इसे Enable किए बिना आधे Rajasthan के Colleges से Automatically Out हो जाते हो।

3. Reporting Deadline Miss करना Allotment मिले और 2-3 दिन में Report नहीं किया तो Seat Cancel। यह बहुत लोगों के साथ होता है।

4. Expired Category Certificate OBC/EWS Certificate 1 साल से ज्यादा पुरानी नहीं होनी चाहिए। Counselling से पहले Check करो।

Documents Checklist — Reporting के लिए Ready रखो

Allotment मिलते ही यह सब लेकर जाना है:

Academic:

• 10वीं और 12वीं की Marksheet + Passing Certificate (Original + 4 Copies)
• BSTC Admit Card
• BSTC Score Card (Print)
• College Allotment Letter (Portal से Print)

Identity:

• Aadhar Card (Original + Copies)
• Mool Niwas / Domicile Certificate
• 8-10 Passport Photos
• Bank Passbook (अपने नाम का)

Category (अगर Apply हो):

• OBC / SC / ST / EWS Certificate — Valid होनी चाहिए
• OBC/EWS — 1 साल से ज्यादा पुरानी नहीं

BSTC Counselling 2026 — Expected Timeline

Exact Dates हमेशा Official BSTC Website से Confirm करो।

Myths जो तुम्हें अंदर से तोड़ रही हैं — Reality जानो

Myth: 1st Round में नहीं मिला = Career Over Reality: मेरे देखे हुए सैकड़ों Cases में 2nd/3rd Round में Government DIET मिली है।

Myth: Private College से Teacher नहीं बन सकते Reality: NCTE-Affiliated Private College से BSTC करने के बाद REET Level 1 देकर उतना ही Government Teacher बन सकते हो।

Myth: 2nd Round में Cutoff बढ़ती है Reality: हमेशा कम होती है — क्योंकि Vacant Seats Fill होनी हैं।

Myth: Remote District College बेकार है Reality: Government College Degree हर जगह Equal है। Jaisalmer DIET और Jaipur DIET की Value REET में Same है।

मेरी Final राय एक दोस्त की तरह

देखो, मैं तुमसे झूठ नहीं बोलूँगा।

अगर तुम्हारे Marks बहुत कम हैं — 320-330 के आसपास General Category में — तो Government College मिलना Difficult है। इस Case में Private College + अगले साल Better Preparation ज्यादा Practical है।

लेकिन अगर Marks 350 से ऊपर हैं — किसी भी Category में — और तुमने Smart Strategy Use नहीं की तो अभी भी Chance है।

2nd Round में यह 3 चीजें जरूर करो:

1. All Rajasthan Option Enable करो
2. Minimum 20+ Colleges भरो जिसमें Low-Cutoff Districts शामिल हों
3. Documents अभी से तैयार रखो

बस। इतना करोगे तो Chance बहुत बढ़ जाता है।

FAQ — जो सवाल सबसे ज्यादा पूछे जाते हैं

Q: BSTC 2nd Round में College मिलने के Chances कितने हैं? A: अगर 370+ Marks हैं और Low-Cutoff Districts Target किए तो मेरे Experience में 60-70% Chance होता है। Lower Marks में 3rd Round तक Wait करना पड़ता है।

Q: BSTC Low Cutoff Districts 2026 कौन से हैं? A: Jaisalmer, Barmer, Ganganagar (Border Districts) और Dungarpur, Banswara, Pratapgarh (Tribal Districts) — यहाँ Competition सबसे कम होती है।

Q: क्या 1st Round की Seat छोड़कर 2nd Round का Wait करना चाहिए? A: नहीं। 1st Round की Seat Join करो और Upgradation Enable करो। यह Risk-Free Strategy है।

Q: BSTC Mop-Up Round में कैसे Seats मिलती हैं? A: Mop-Up Round में वो Seats होती हैं जो 1st, 2nd, 3rd Round सब में Vacant रही हों। Cutoff सबसे कम होती है — यह Last Chance होता है।

Q: 350 Marks पर Government BSTC College मिल सकता है? A: SC/ST Category में हाँ। General/OBC में 3rd Round + Remote Districts को Target करना होगा — मुश्किल है लेकिन Impossible नहीं।
