Polity CET Test 1 — Indian Constitution, Fundamental Rights, Parliament और Rajasthan Polity MCQ
Rajasthan CET 2025 में Polity (राजव्यवस्था एवं संविधान) से 25-30 प्रश्न आते हैं। यह test उन सभी के लिए है जो LDC, Patwari, Police या CET — किसी भी Rajasthan state exam की तैयारी कर रहे हैं। इसमें Indian Constitution की basic information, Fundamental Rights, Parliament की कार्यप्रणाली और Rajasthan की राजनीतिक व प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था cover होती है।
Polity section में dates और articles याद करना जरूरी है। 26 जनवरी 1950 को संविधान लागू हुआ, 26 नवम्बर 1949 को adopt हुआ — यह difference exam में हमेशा पूछा जाता है। Fundamental Rights में Article 12 से 35 तक के rights याद रखें। इस test में 53 questions हैं जो CET polity के पूरे spectrum को cover करते हैं।
CET में Fundamental Rights और Duties से कितने Marks मिलते हैं?
CET exam में Fundamental Rights (Article 14-32) से हर बार 4-6 प्रश्न आते हैं। Article 14 (समानता का अधिकार), Article 19 (स्वतंत्रता का अधिकार), Article 21 (जीवन का अधिकार) — ये सबसे important articles हैं। Fundamental Duties (42वाँ Amendment, 1976) से भी 1-2 प्रश्न आते हैं। Directive Principles of State Policy (Part IV) को Fundamental Rights से अलग समझना जरूरी है।
Rajasthan Polity — Rajasthan Legislature और Governor से CET Questions
Rajasthan CET में Rajasthan Legislature (unicameral — only Vidhan Sabha), Governor के powers, Chief Minister की भूमिका और Rajasthan High Court (Jodhpur में main seat, Jaipur में bench) से specific questions आते हैं। Panchayati Raj system — जो Rajasthan में 1959 में पहली बार देश में लागू हुआ — यह एक महत्वपूर्ण fact है। इस test में ये सभी topics cover हैं।
